This 30-cm high soft doll is already much sought-after by preschool-aged fans of the stereotype-busting US TV cartoon show created by Christine Ricci (and shown in the UK on Nick Jr). Your very own justice-fighting princess knight has a rotating head, says 10 phrases and sings the Nella the Princess Knight theme tune when you press her courageous heart. Requires 2 LR44 batteries (included).
I got a hatchimal surprise for Christmas. I think they age too fast, when they entered kid stage twin B beeped twice then shut off. I returned them to the store and bought another. Once that one entered kid stage it did the same thing. I gave it some rest but that did not work. My brother got one too ( it was a giraven hatchimal) it did the same thing as mine by beeping and shutting off. They don't work and break very easy. I don't think they are worth the price. :(

Who’s inside your egg? You could hatch and discover a HathchiBoy or HatchiGirl! To find out, help your HatchiBaby hatch! Rub and tap the egg to encourage them. Remember, they can’t hatch without you! Lift up your HatchiBaby and discover a secret message that will reveal who’s inside your egg! Will you find a boy or a girl? Once you’ve hatched your new baby, pull out the birth certificate and name them.
Eh. We bought into the hype and I thought this would be a cute idea since they’re twins, but... these hatchimals do not move around like the original. One twin has almost a bobble head and you can push its head down and the other twin is supposed to dance, but ours just kind of shakes and is extremely loud. Whatever components are inside that twin just make a really annoying buzzing sound, so playing with it is extremely frustrating because you can barely hear what it’s saying. These are a lot worse than the first hatchimal from last year and are a little confusing too. Each twin has its own set of rules to follow, so for children under 7-8, understanding what the eye color means will probably be difficult, if not frustrating. I can really only be disappointed with myself for ordering this
Kids love toys!  Whether it’s Christmas, Hanukkah, or a birthday celebration, we’re always searching for ideas – especially for the kid who seems to have everything.  It’s time to put on your Santa hat, and start checking items off your nice (naughty?) list.  To get ready for the gift-giving season, we’ve picked toys that run the gamut.  From toys that sync, to toys that don’t require batteries.  As always, we’ll clue you in on some of the hottest items of the season, but we’ve also chosen toys that aren’t on all the “hot lists.”  Because off the beaten path is nice, and we think old school toys – like pogo sticks, knee hockey, and bikes are cool too!  And let’s face it, sometimes the (stressful) hunt for the “it toy”  just doesn’t work out.  Check out our favorite new releases and, time-honored classics below.
Not to stress you out or anything, but in the wake of hundreds of Toys ‘R’ Us store closures (we may see a comeback from the retailer in the future but sadly not in time for this holiday season), planning ahead this year is even more essential to holiday shopping success. You’re going to need all the help you can get. Note: We’ve also got gift guides for kids of all ages, including 1-year-olds, 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds, 5-year-olds, 7-year-olds, 8-year-olds, and 9-year-olds. Below, we talked to experts to find the toys you should know about — and what to stock up on before they’re all gone.

Believe it or not, Barbie DreamHouse's are still a thing. This modern version of a classic holiday toy measure 3' tall and over 4' wide so it is massive! Barbie can get up to her bedroom using the elevator or perhaps its time to do work in her home office. Whatever your child imagines Barbie can do we know they'll be playing with this for years to come. And of course, mom and dad will get in on the Barbie fun too.

When you first unbox your Scruff-a-Luv, they’re curled up in a matted ball of fur. It’s up to you to give them a nice bath to wash their matted fur—any child-friendly soap or body wash will work. Once they are washed, squeeze the water from their fur and towel dry them. You can also use a hair dryer to fluff up their coat, just like a pet salon would! Similar to a real rescue animal, the more love you give them, the more loving they will be in return. Watch as Scruff-a-Luv comes back to life with love and affection!
This big playset stands 43 inches tall and features four levels and seven rooms. Now your kiddos can practice their claw machine skills right in their very own home!  It’s just like the one in the arcade, but they have a much better chance at winning.  It lights up, plays music, and has two different modes of timed-play.  It also comes with 6 little surprise packs that you can refill once they win them all. Super fun and something that you may want to play yourself!
Kids will learn how to help nurture the Hatchibaby in different situations, using both its touch-sensitive areas (forehead, feet) and the included accessories. For example, the cuddle buddy can sooth a sad or sleepy HatchiBaby, and kids can feed a hungry HatchiBaby with the bottle. Just be sure to read the instructions carefully for the right way to give the HatchiBabies these objects, or they won’t work.

Just in time for the ho-ho-holidays, LOL Surprise has come out with the official LOL Surprise BIG SURPRISE that has been kept under such tight wraps that people are basically calling up psychics to see if they know what’s inside this clever little egg. One of the major things now that we know what’s inside is another cute little collectible doll with 50 (FIFTY!) surprises in each of them. Here’s the breakdown:
We spotted the WowWee Fingerlings Hugs back in February at the Nuremberg Toy Fair the first time. I immediately knew that WowWee has a hot toy on their hands for the Holidays 2018. It is very difficult to follow-up a hot selling Holiday toy like the Fingerlings monkeys have been last season. With going big and plush with the Fingerlings, WowWee created a new must-have toy for 2018. Like the small Fingerlings, the Fingerlings Hugs are interactive.

Seriously how cute is Ricky the trick loving pup!?  He’s new from FurReal and totally interactive.  In fact, not only does he respond with over 100 sounds and motions, but he actually performs the cutest little tricks ever like flipping his bone, ‘shaking paws’ with you, barking a catchy little tune, and so much more!  Did we mention he’s affectionate too?  The kiddos can help ‘train’ him and reward him with treats.  When they do that, Ricky the pup will eat them and, well, when they pet his back he’ll poop them out.  This one comes with 18 dog treats, a treat pouch, and a fun little bone toy too!  We love him!
So much fun for the whole fam.   The players draw cards until someone draws an “Exploding Kitten” (which is when they explode) and they are out of the game, unless that player has a defuse card, which can defuse the Kitten using things like laser pointers, belly rubs, and catnip sandwiches.  It’s really so funny and perfect for ages 7+. Get it here while you can!
If they’re not into ride-on unicorns, this is the ride-on animal for them! Meet Scout the Pony!  He makes over 100 unique sounds and motions and is totally interactive (and so cute).  You can feed it, walk it, ride it, and watch it perform a very special dance.  Plus, Scout’s ears, eyes, and head moves.  You can even hear Scout make cute little munching sounds when you feed him.  We just assumed it was a ‘he’ but could totally be a ‘she.’  You decide!  This one is hard to come by and is already the ‘must have’ for this upcoming holiday.  If you’re having a hard time finding it, be sure to check out Amazon too.

We have now learned four things which the Bible says every person must personally do before he can be baptized. God is no respecter of persons, so the plan is the same for everyone. Before anyone can be baptized, he must hear and understand the gospel, believe it, repent of sins, and confess Christ. Little babies cannot do any of these things. Therefore, the command to be baptized is not addressed to them. To baptize them anyway would be to act without God's authority. It would be doing something different from what God says must be done.
Looking for a gift for a busy toddler? The Hape Pound & Tap Bench with Slide Out Xylophone will get little bodies moving all while building concentration skills, manual dexterity, motor skills and focus. The classic all-wood toy is built to last and has a compact design for easy storage when playtime is over. This interactive, brightly colored toy stimulates development through fun play and musical exploration. Budding musicians can slide the xylophone out and take it on the go with the carry handle or they can keep it in the bench to hear the sounds made when they tap the wooden balls through the holes with the included hammer. Countless ways to play will keep little ones busy as they pop, ding-a-ling, hammer and roll their way to sensory excitement. Recommended for tots ages 12 months to 3 years.

Meet Fingerlings HUGS - they're softies when it comes to affection! Their long arms are perfect for big hugs and these cuddle monkeys never want to let you go! It's all about that Main Squeeze Fingerlings feeling. Swing them, pet them, and rock them to sleep, or give them a kiss and watch them kiss you back!! Record what you say and watch them repeat it back in funny ways.
Romans 12:1,2 - This passage is addressed to "brethren" - i.e., children of God, members of God's family, the church. But people become children of God, born again as brethren in the family, when by faith they are baptized (Rom. 6:3,4; Gal. 3:26,27; 1 Tim. 3:15). Such people should present their bodies as living sacrifices to God, not being conformed to the world. This commitment must be accepted by one who is baptized. Can babies make such a commitment?

Fingerlings Hugs are a larger, plush version of the original huggable toy, with long arms and over 40 loaded phrases. They give kisses and repeat phrases as well. And now these toys are officially being sold at major retailers like Target and Amazon, and will cost parents $29.99. Currently, they're featuring a blue monkey named Boris and a pink monkey named Bella, but knowing the cunning marketing team at WowWee, it's only a matter of time before we see a broader range of characters available in this new Hugs format.

These could be improved if they could somehow hatch more than once, or if they could have more of the functionality of the Furbies that would mimic your speech. Maybe give them bluetooth speaker functionality or make them into night lights. As they are, they just sit there after they hatch, so they're a terrible value. I have to give these things a skip it.

Laurie Schacht fits right into the category of nostalgic parents. “I remember reading Harry Potter to my kids when they were little. Toys like the Mystery Flying Snitch and the Wizard Training Wands will turn muggles in to wizards, and I cannot play with these enough.” The snitch really flies — with the help of an invisible piece of string — and will make your kid the most popular on the block.
Mattel's Hot Wheels Augmoto brings video game play and augmented reality to a physical racetrack. Fingerlings Hugs from WowWee have extra-long arms perfect for hugs and cuddling. Kids can also swing them, pet them and rock them to sleep. Give them a kiss and they'll kiss back. The recording feature allows kids to record their own voices then throw the toy in the air to hear a funny remix of what they said. For ages 5 and older. Price: $29.99 at fingerlings.com.
Don’t worry too much about the soft spot. Babies skulls will not fully close until they are roughly a year and a half to two years old.[1] Until then, you will notice that there are soft spots on their head. Don’t worry too much, however. The membrane that covers these spots is very tough and your baby will be perfectly safe. You can touch these areas or comb the baby’s hair without causing any harm.
